Partnership for automated doffing processes on texturing machines
A new auto-doff system for manual texturing machines is designed to bridge the gap between manual and fully automated production. Barmag (Suzhou) Technology and Hitech Automation Solutions are combining their technologies under the name eFK Doffmatic. The goals are faster payback, higher efficiency, and reproducible yarn quality.
Barmag (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou/China, and Hitech Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Surat/India, have agreed to an exclusive partnership for an auto-doff system on manual eFK texturing machines. In many texturing plants, doffing the bobbins has so far been highly operator-dependent, leading to higher scrap rates, fluctuating quality, and limited productivity.
